Shipping Times

DELIVERY TIMES

The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the total delivery time is broken down into Pre-Ship Processing Time and Shipping Time.

PROCESSING TIMES

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when your platform bed leaves the warehouse. Remember some platform beds are imported from overseas or are custom made when your order is placed.

Pre-Ship Processing Times vary by Bedroom Furniture Manufacturer:

• American Drew Furniture – pre-ship processing time up to 10 days
• Amisco Furniture – pre-ship processing time from 6 to 10 days
• Atlantic Furniture – pre-ship processing time from 3 to 5 days
• Brownstone Furniture – pre-ship processing time from 7 to 10 days
• Lifestyle Solutions - pre-ship processing time from 5 to 7 days
• Modloft Furniture - pre-ship processing time from 5 to 25 days
• Modus Furniture - pre-ship processing time from 1 to 3 days
• Pulaski Furniture - pre-ship processing time from 7 to 10 days
• Powell Furniture - pre-ship processing time from 3 to 5 days
• Hillsdale Furniture – pre-ship processing time from 2 to 3 days
• Night & Day Furniture - pre-ship processing time from 1 to 5 days
• Rossetto Furniture – pre-ship processing time from 7 to 10 days
• Signature Design Furniture - pre-ship processing time is 7 to 14 days
• South Shore Furniture - pre-ship processing time from 7 to 14 days

Of course if your platform bed is able to be shipped out earlier it will be. Remember in addition to the pre-ship processing time you must also add the number of in transit days necessary to ship your platform bed to your home or office (see below).

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time is measured from when your platform bed order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. Most beds are shipped via freight, although some smaller and lighter beds may be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex.

You should allow 3-10 days to ship your Bedroom Furniture to your home or office.

Remember in addition to the shipping time you must also add the number of days necessary for pre-ship processing of your Platform bed order (see above).
